Guendling is not Deaf but has always had a special connection with the deaf after taking speech classes and being around a lot of Deaf people. Guendling came up with the idea of a Deaf section after Deaf individuals asked him about coming to a game. When asked, Guendling thought that instead of having them all spaced around, they should all enjoy the game together, feel welcomed, and have a great time.

Arizona St. vs. Texas A&M Highlights

Texas A&M beat Arizona St. to open up the 2015 College football season with a 38-17 victory. A&M was firing on all cylinders on defense and special teams. The offense was very good too with Kyle Allen and true freshman Kyler Murray sharing snaps. Here are the highlights from the great win in Houston! I really had fun watching it in person!

Texas State Vs. Florida State Tuesday Press Conference

My alma mater Texas State, plays Florida State on Saturday at 7:00pm on ESPNNews. Seeing this as the first game on the schedule makes me cringe because I know as much as I would love to see the Cats upset the Seminoles, I just don’t see it happening! It could get ugly pretty quickly.

Even though I know our chances of winning are slim, I was interested to hear Coach Fran’s keys against FSU which are:

  • Try to make as few mistakes as possible
  • Get a few takeaways on defense
  • Play our way with effort and enthusiasm.
  • One play at a time, don’t get caught up in the big crowd of FSU.

It’s all about gaining respect from Florida St.

If you are so inclined, here is the video from today’s press conference regarding FSU.

Go Cats!
