First Marshawn, Now Kevin.
The Oklahoma City Thunder are having their first rough season since 2009, and with a record of 28-25 at the All-Star break, the team is currently under the microscope of basketball writers and analysts nationwide.
Perhaps inspired by Seattle’s Marshawn Lynch, a number of Thunder players have expressed their frustration with the media this season. Russell Westbrook stonewalled a reporter in January, and now with hundreds of reporters in New York City for the All-Star game, Kevin Durant ripped the media on Saturday.
Durant was asked about the security of Thunder coach Scott Brooks’ job, and Durant wasn’t very pleased with the question. The reigning MVP went on to say that reporters “love us one day and hate us the next.”
